The Nature of Leadership
This two-day seminar challenges the assumptions of leadership. Various leadership topics are discussed in context of a continuum (mechanical system on one end and living system on the other) that draws out a wide range of alternative approaches. The pursuing discussion draws out fundamental beliefs of the leadership team members, identifies and addresses the key issues of alignment, and sets forth new guidelines for behavior & decision making.

The Nature of Strategic Thinking
Strategic Thinking is a process designed to challenge the assumptions of the Leadership team, and was created for organizations that need, and have the courage, to try something new. Our goal is to create a successful strategy, a sustainable business, and a legacy of leadership.
Here is the premise; the way we see and sort information from the world around us, largely determines the paths we consider and those we choose. In order to create new possibilities, we must first refit the frames we see the world through. Strategic Thinking is a challenge of assumptions & a social learning process which enables new possibilities to emerge. View our Process Map >>
Results:
This seminar is designed to offer:
- New Strategic Frames identified by the beliefs, behaviors, and conditions that define them
- Requirements for the strategic process as determined by new frames
- New language and learning models which create the context and conditions for strategic implementation and sustains the work over time
